This obsession led to a new venture and training to aquire her microblading certification from one of the most prestigious permanent makeup schools, Phi Brows Academy. She has always had a passion and focus for eyebrows as they are the foundation to enhancing natural beauty. With microblading, Julie adds another technique to transform and highlight a person's features.
